Steven Earl's Birthday. April Fool's Day. Krelin did April Fool's on Bebs. Ace one! Shaz did one on Julie. Fit Walmsley Eng. What a riot!! Motorhead & Status Quo on TOTP.

2nd April 1982

BREAK UP FOR EASTER. Lads put girls' skirts on. No flour etc. Glad really. Did no work. Not new! Sunny, still cold. Typed. Radio ace.

3rd April 1982

Sharon Earl's Birthday (16). Last one of Tiswas. Quite good. Took Heralds. Washed hair, went to shop & did nowt much after that. TV crap.

4th April 1982

Grittar won Grand National yest. QPR v Spurs in FA Cup Final. Poor WBA! Stayed in & wish there was somewhere ace I could go to meet great kids. (Just seen good film - that's why I wrote that)!

5th April 1982

Thought it was late but got up at 10am! Weird! Quiet day. Wolj & Lin gave me QUO ticket. Yippee! All I need now is to save money 4 journey there & back!

6th April 1982

Up very late. Bet DL gone to Falkland Isles. Hope he'll be safe if he has. Good chart, Rainbow in. Hope they'll be on TOTP. Quo gone up.

7th April 1982

Nice when I got up but rainy & dull in aft. Read my revision 4 Geog & Eng. Hope to pass! Radio good today. At least Rainbow & Quo were played.

8th April 1982

Stayed in again. Sunny but too cold to venture out. Revised in sun in back with radio blaring full blast, especially when Quo & Rainbow on! TOTP crap!

9th April 1982

Even colder than yest cos sun didn't come out. Revised. Radio good incl marathon, music quiz & Rock Show. Telly crap so didn't see it. Good Friday.

10th April 1982

Up quite late cos lsitened to Rock Show & music quiz last nite till 2am! Beautiful day but wind still cool. Shop 3 times. Telly good. Watched Sat Night Fever at last!

11th April 1982

Easter Sunday. AUNTY SYLVIA, UNCLE JOHN, CHRIS & JOHN came down 4 aft. Knew they would! Stayed inside as always. Radio good & TV film was ace.

12th April 1982

Bank Holiday. Up late. Didn't go anywhere again. Sunny but cold. Revised Biol, SH. Radio bit crappy. TV good.

13th April 1982

Lazy day but at least I went out. Warmest day this yr. Went to Library. Stayed in ext. Radio & telly good.

14th April 1982

Ritchie Blackmore's Birthday. Up earlier today. Sunny but not as hot as yest. Went shopping twice. Stayed in, read. Radio good.

15th April 1982

Rainbow down 3. Quo at No.10. Good! PHIL MOGG'S BIRTHDAY. Only played one. Up early 4 once. Read, shop. Iron Maiden No.1 LP. TOTP crap.

'Late.' Up around 10.30. Radio bit crappy. Hardly moved all day. Sun not out 4 long. Revised. Steve Wright funny. TV alright. Rock Show.

17th April 1982

Sat around in morn. Heralds early aft. No money yet. Bored but later on Lin, Wol came to see me. Went out & came back & talked in ext. Trip £7.50. Oh, dear.

18th April 1982

Wonder if Chez back yet. Probably. Up early. Didn't do much revision. Had bath & listened to Top 40. Missed Rainbow. Telly not bad.

19th April 1982

SCHOOL! Not bad 4 1st day. Beautiful weather but it's not hot yet. Revised. Coronation St only prog I watched.

20th April 1982

Paul McCartney/Stevie Wonder No.1. Chart crap cos faves down but good ones from America in! Ropey day. Weather went dull. Revised. TV good.

21st April 1982

Warmer day & at least sun came out! Stayed 4 SH. Revised bit. Watched TV & generally roped about. Missed DL in hols!

22nd April 1982

Weather kept changing. Wish my legs would go brown like Chez's. No chance! Went to Art. TOTP wasn't brilliant. Quo No.1 LP, Rainbow no.5.

23rd April 1982

Was allowed home after typing in morn 4 study leave from 11am onwards. Did Biol. Went to Library. Sunny, windy. Listened to r player. Fri Rock Show ace.

24th April 1982

Do Typing & Biol & Geog. Only did Biol. Do rest tom. Lovely, sunny day. Went to shop a lot. Read. Radio good. Germany won Contest. ACE! ANGUS YOUNG IS FIT!

25th April 1982

J Saville 1981 yr. Biol, Geog, SH. Bit dull outside & in! Read Biol. Dreading tom exam! Radio cheered me up. Only saw bit of TV.

26th April 1982

Typing RSA Exam 1pm. Didn't have long for exam but I finished it. Home hour later than usual. Glad of study leave tom. Revised.

27th April 1982

Study Leave. Glad to be off so I could get some Biol/Maths done! Sunny quite a lot. Same No.1. Crap 40 really. Hair cut. Watched 'Horace.'

28th April 1982

Biol Theory 8.45am. Maths 1 1pm. 1st not bad, 2nd multiple choice so some chance of getting few right. Hope "sign of the poppy' worked. Revised upstairs.

29th April 1982

Eng 1 8.45AM. Home aft. Exam not bad but section B rock! Glad only 1 exam. Revised Geog/Maths. TOTP good 4 once.

30th April 1982

Maths 2 8.45am. Geog 1 1pm. First one rock, 2nd one went on 4 ages. Didn't finish it. Glad no exams till Tues.
